Casa Manuela lies at the end of a small private drive, very quiet on the edge of town on 300m above sea level in a comfortable climate.

There is a wonderful seaview.

The house includes 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each which can easily be moved together.
SAT-TV in the living room, 2 sofas, a dining table and a completely equipped kitchen.

On the side of the house is a patio with sunloungers and sunbeds.
The bathroom with a shower and a toilet also contains a washing machine.

The total living space is about 60sqm, the house has an own parking lot and a small garden around it.

Around 400m to a small supermarket, a butcher and 2 restaurants are about 600m away.

Due to the central but peaceful location in the Aridane valley it takes you but 10min to the sea in Puerto Naos or to Los Llanos and El Paso.
